Hi, I’m Tiara – your unofficial hype person, overthinker-whisperer, and expert in helping humans get out of their own heads.
As a certified health and wellbeing coach with a special love for mental health, I help people untangle their brain spaghetti and build calmer, kinder lives (without the toxic positivity). Whether you’re juggling a million tabs in your brain or just trying to remember when you last drank water, I’m here to help you pause, breathe, and figure out what actually works for you.
Expect real talk, zero judgment, and just enough gentle accountability to make progress without panic. Bonus: I make a mean metaphor and believe in celebrating the tiny wins—because they’re actually big.
As a coach, I don’t diagnose or treat clinical mental health conditions—but I can support you in managing the day-to-day impact of anxiety or depression, especially if you're already working with a therapist or healthcare provider. Coaching focuses on practical tools like building daily routines, setting boundaries, improving self-talk, and creating more balance. Many of my clients feel empowered when they have someone in their corner helping them stay focused on small, doable changes.
I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or simply not feeling like themselves. Some are high-achievers who want to slow down without falling behind. Others are navigating big life transitions—like career changes, relationship shifts, or parenthood. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from support; sometimes just having someone to listen, reflect, and help you find clarity is exactly what’s needed.
Each session is a safe, confidential space where we focus on what matters most to you. We might explore your thoughts and habits, identify stress triggers, or work through challenges that are getting in the way of your mental well-being. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer tools or perspectives when helpful, and always follow your lead. By the end of a session, you’ll typically walk away with more clarity—and a small, doable action step to keep you moving forward.
